Wanna put your motivated lead capturing on auto-pilot? I do and I’ve been searching for a way to do it. I believe the other key is having a great looking site so that when potential customers get there they know that I am a a real businessman. The last thing I want is a junky, home made looking site. Once I have a professional looking site I need it to be easily managable with no outside expertise required. Meaning that I want to be able to modify the message without having to rely on an outside source. The last issue is that I must have a way to deliver ongoing content to the motivated seller leads received. I’m sure there are plenty of 3rd party autoresponder but I really want to keep this information to myself.

It must have been my lucky day because I seemed to have found them at just the right time too! It uses the new Thickbox technology and has really allowed me to increase the number of motivated seller leads I’m capturing.

Take this bit of information for what it’s worth. It’s priceless for my business and now I won’t do business without these sites anytime in the near future.
